WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER IS USED TO SHIP CUSTOMER ORDERS?

Orders are shipped via USPS. Once we ship your order, we’ll email you the tracking number.  Packages can then be tracked at:

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE WITH MY ORDER?

If you received a discount code from Brite Leggings, the code can be entered on the checkout page. Please make sure the code is valid and has not expired to avoid complications at checkout.

We ship worldwide.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Given the demand of our leggings, delivery may take up to 20 days to deliver. Rest assured that if you do not receive your oder, a full refund will be provided.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING?

US: subject to a flat rate shipping and handling fee of $9.99

Rest of the world:  Our checkout process will automatically calculate shipping based on country.

WHAT IS BRITE LEGGINGS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AFTER AN ITEM HAS BEEN PURCHASED?

Our goal is to offer you the best customer experience. We will accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after you have received your order. Customer is responsible for return shipping and all items must be unworn in its original packaging. The merchandise can be sent back to our warehouse at:

WHAT LEGGING SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

We offer a One Size for all given the nature of the fabric. Whether you are small, medium or large, our leggings will contour your body beautifully for a perfect fit. Try our leggings, you won’t be disappointed!

HOW DO I WASH MY BRITE LEGGINGS?

All of our leggings have washing instructions in the front of the tag. We recommend using a gentle cycle or hand washing in cold water. Hang to dry for best results.  

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG ORDER?

We do our best to make sure that every customer receives what they ordered. If you have any issues with the order or are not satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days at info@briteleggings.com and we will resolve your issue in a timely matter.

CAN I USE MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES WITH MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, you can only use one coupon code per order.
